Last Minute Fees!

Life happens fast sometimes, and I understand that. If I am able to, I can definetly rearrange my schedule, for $5 to $20, depending on how much shuffling needs to be done. For Meet N Greets, walks, and check-ins, it will just be $5 extra if I need to rearrange things. For overnights, it will range from $10 to $20.

Cancellation Fees!!

Cancellations are also a normal part of this job. Plans fall through, weather sucks some days, pets get sick, and so much more. I am totally understanding about needing to cancel! It is better to book with me and secure a spot and cancel if needed, than to not have anybody to look after your pet(s).

If you give me at least 48 hours notice, there will be no fee (unless it is a holiday). That gives me enough time to try to fill some spots. After that there are some fees. Meet N Greets cancelled will be $10, and check-ins and walks will be $25.

For overnight stays, $25 out of your $50 deposit is non-refundable. The rest will be dealt with on a case by case basis; depending how far in advance you cancel, how long the stay would have been, and how busy that time of year is. If you give me enough time, I will return $25 to you; or give you credit for your next stay.

Refunds, Credit, & Pre-Payments!

Instead of refunds, I give credit to your next visit. If it ends up being a bigger amount, you can trust you will get it back; but most of the time, credit works easier for me. If you are moving, etc. and no longer need my services in the future, I will either offer to buy your pet a gift I know that they will love, or just refund your money by email transfer.

I accept all payments in advance. Unless I have prearranged a plan with you, or you have been my client for more than 30 days, I will have to accept payments before going to a job. For bigger amounts, I am very flexible with payments. I ask for the first half before you take off, and the rest by the halfway point of your trip. If it works better for you to pay me in advance, that is no issue on my end.

Rude Behaviour/ Harassment!

No rude behaviour of any kind to my employees or I will be tolerated. I understand that things may go wrong sometimes; but if we are not able to calmly work things out and move on from any disagreements that may arise, I will have to terminate my services with you. If services are terminated by myself, you will not be given any refunds or credit.
